The Exodus

Once upon a time in the land of Egypt, there lived a kind old man named Moses. He saw his people, the Hebrews, suffering and he felt sad. One day, he heard a voice calling him from a burning bush. The voice said, 'Moses, lead your people out of Egypt to the promised land.' Moses was scared at first, but he trusted the voice and decided to help his people.

The Call of Moses

Moses went to the Pharaoh, the king of Egypt, and asked him to let the Hebrew people go. But the Pharaoh was stubborn and said no. So, with the help of his brother Aaron, Moses called upon the power of the Lord. The land of Egypt faced many plagues, but the Pharaoh still didn't agree to let the Hebrews leave.

The Plagues

Finally, after the tenth plague, the Pharaoh agreed to let the Hebrews go. Moses led his people out of Egypt. They were scared as they reached the Red Sea, but with the power of the Lord, Moses parted the sea. The Hebrews crossed the dry land and were saved from the Pharaoh's army.
