Craig suddenly wakes to realize he had overslept. He had to hurry today because he had plans to meet his friends at the park for a game of baseball. Craig couldnt  wait to see his friends to tell them all about the book he read the night before.

Craig blinked open his eyes to the bright sunlight streaming through his window. He had overslept! Jumping out of bed, he quickly got dressed and grabbed his baseball glove. Today was no ordinary day; he was meeting his friends for a game in the park.

The Morning Rush

While running to the park, Craig remembered the book he read last night. It was about a hero who could do amazing things with kindness and courage. He couldn't wait to share the story with Clarence and Juanita. He believed they too could be heroes in their own way.

The Magical Book

Craig found his friends in the park, ready to play. Clarence waved, and Juanita smiled, holding her bat. 'Guess what I read last night?' Craig said excitedly. They huddled close, eager to listen to Craig's tale.

The Game Begins

'What if we become heroes like in my book?' Craig suggested after the game. Clarence looked thoughtful, and Juanita's eyes sparkled with excitement. 'Let's do it! Let's help our neighborhood!' they exclaimed. And so, their little team of heroes was formed.

A Heroic Idea

Their first mission was to clean up the park. They picked up litter, planted flowers, and even fixed a broken swing. 'Look, we made a difference!' Juanita cheered. The park had never looked better, and the friends felt proud.

News of their good deeds spread through the neighborhood. More kids joined in, wanting to be heroes too. Together, they helped the elderly with groceries and made cards for the local hospital. 'We are super, just like in your book, Craig!' Clarence said with a grin.

Spreading Kindness

One day, a new kid looked sad sitting alone. Craig remembered his hero book and approached him. 'Hi, I'm Craig. Want to play with us?' The boy's face lit up, and soon he was laughing along with everyone. Craig realized that sometimes, the simplest acts could be the most heroic.

The friends sat under a tree, tired but happy. 'We don't need capes to be heroes,' Juanita said. 'We just need to be kind and brave, like the hero in your book,' added Craig. They knew that every day was a chance to be a hero, and they were ready for it.
