Sara couldn't see the vibrant colors of the vegetables, or the bright flames on the stove. She was blind. Still, Sara's kitchen was her favorite place in the world. She loved the smell of spices, the feel of flour between her fingers, and the warmth of the oven.

Sara's friends, Emi  and Bunny, were always there to help. "A little more salt, Sara," Emi  would say, guiding her hand. "Careful, the pan is hot!" Bunny would warn. They were Sara's eyes in the kitchen.


Sara's Special Kitchen

Sara woke up early, excited for a day of cooking. She could smell the sweet aroma of pancakes in the air. Emi and Bunny arrived, ready to help. 'Let's make pancakes!' Sara exclaimed.
