A boy and his family have a large dog named Bear.  The dog and the boy are best friends.  The dog gets sick and eventually dies.  The boy is sad but then falls asleep and wakes u with a rocketship in his room and it takes to him to heaven where he reunited with his dog.  He then returns to Earth and wakes up in his bed happy.

Charlie was a nine-year-old boy who had a large dog. The dog and Charlie were best friends. They played together every day and loved each other very much. 

Best Friends

One day, Charlie's dog got sick. Charlie was very worried about his best friend. 
Despite Charlie's love and care, Bear's sickness got worse. One evening, Bear passed away. Charlie was heartbroken and missed Bear terribly. He cried himself to sleep that night, holding Bear's favorite toy. In his dreams, he wished he could see Bear again.

Saying Goodbye

That night, Charlie woke up to find a rocketship in his room. It was shiny and bright, with a door that opened just for him. Charlie climbed inside, and the rocketship zoomed into the sky. He felt excited and curious about where it would take him. Soon, the rocketship arrived in a magical place.

The Rocketship

Charlie stepped out of the rocketship and saw his dog waiting for him. They ran to each other and hugged tightly. The dog was healthy and happy again. Charlie spent some time playing with his dog in this beautiful place. When it was time to go, Charlie said goodbye and promised to always remember his beloved pet. He woke up in his bed, feeling happy and at peace.
