Ellie is 15 and she is trying to find a dragon. To find the dragon she needed to summit a dangerous mountain called Mythical Peak. Legend said that this peak is a volcano and it hasn’t erupted in a long time. So, Ellie knew that it could happen at any minute. The dragons that live Mythical Peak can fly to escape the deadly lava, but, Ellie does not have the power to fly. There are 100 dragons that live on the peak. Some are sweet and some are dangerous and mean. All of the dragons posses their own power and one dragon holds all the power of all the dragons, making her very powerful and scary. This dragon was named Queen Sapphire and she wanted to take over Ellie’s village called Christmas All Around Island. One power she had was she could control the weather. She decided to punish the villagers by making it winter and cold every day. Ellie didn’t know why the dragon would do this, however, she wanted summer, flowers and sunshine. So, she decide to risk it all to climb the mountin. 

Mythical Peak & Dragons

Ellie was a brave 15-year-old girl from Christmas All Around Island. She loved summer, flowers, and sunshine. But for a long time, it had been winter every day. Queen Sapphire, a powerful dragon, had made it so. Ellie decided she had to climb Mythical Peak to find the dragon and bring back summer.

The Quest Begins

Mythical Peak was a dangerous mountain and a sleeping volcano. Ellie knew it could erupt at any moment. She packed her backpack with food, water, and warm clothes. She also took a map and a small lantern. With a deep breath, she began her journey up the mountain.

The Dangerous Mountain

As Ellie climbed higher, she saw dragons flying in the sky. Some dragons were sweet and waved at her. Others were mean and breathed fire. Ellie was careful to stay out of their way. She knew she had to find Queen Sapphire.

Meeting the Dragons

Ellie met a friendly dragon named Sparkle. Sparkle had the power to make flowers bloom. She liked Ellie and wanted to help. Sparkle told Ellie where to find Queen Sapphire. Together, they continued up the mountain.

The Friendly Dragon

Sparkle led Ellie to a hidden cave near the top of Mythical Peak. Inside the cave, it was warm and bright. Ellie saw many dragons resting. In the deepest part of the cave, she saw Queen Sapphire. The powerful dragon was sleeping.

Ellie took a deep breath and approached Queen Sapphire. She asked the dragon why she made it winter all the time. Queen Sapphire woke up and looked at Ellie. She said she was lonely and wanted attention. Ellie felt sorry for the dragon.

Ellie promised to visit Queen Sapphire often if she made it summer again. Queen Sapphire agreed and used her power to change the weather. The snow melted, and flowers bloomed. Ellie and Sparkle flew back to the village on Queen Sapphire's back.

A New Friendship

The villagers cheered when they saw Ellie and the dragons. Summer had returned to Christmas All Around Island. Ellie kept her promise and visited Queen Sapphire often. The village was happy, and Ellie had made a new friend. The end.
